March Meeting Featuring Vista Expert Ed Bott
The New Mexico Information Technology and Software Association (NMITSA), the state’s largest advocacy group for IT & software related business, announced the NMITSA Membership meeting for March will feature best-selling author and Microsoft Vista expert Ed Bott as the guest speaker.
Ed Bott is an award-winning technology journalist with more than two decades’ experience writing for mainstream media outlets and online publications, including stints as editor of the U.S. edition of PC Computing and managing editor of PC World; both publications had monthly paid circulation in excess of 1 million during his tenure. He is the author of more than 25 books on Microsoft Windows and Office, including the best-selling Microsoft Windows XP Inside Out, Second Edition and the newly released Microsoft Windows Vista Inside Out.
This timely presentation will focus on Microsoft’s recently released operating system and the improvements made to the platform. This is a “must-attend” event for anyone involved in the IT industry, CIOs or anyone contemplating an upgrade to their personal computer.
This luncheon meeting will be held at Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town on March 22nd from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Tickets include lunch and are $25.00 for members and $40.00 for non-members.
